Consense

Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

These are the terms for using Consense, on the web or the mobile app. By using it, you agree to them.

What Consense is

Consense sends your question to several AI models independently, then synthesizes their answers into one verdict with a confidence score. It's a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional advice.

AI-generated content — read this one

Every answer, verdict, confidence score, and risk listed in Consense is generated by AI models. It can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently state something false. Nothing in Consense is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You're responsible for verifying anything important before acting on it — especially for decisions with real financial, legal, health, or safety consequences.

Accounts

You can use Consense without an account — a limited free tier works anonymously. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid tiers renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Web subscriptions are billed via Stripe and managed from the billing portal linked on the Pricing page. Mobile subscriptions are billed via the App Store or Google Play and managed from your device's subscription settings — refunds for those are handled by Apple/Google under their own policies, not by us directly.
  • Subscribing on one platform (web or mobile) unlocks the same tier everywhere your account is signed in.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Consense for anything illegal, or to generate content that harms others.
  • Attempt to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to Consense without our written permission.
  • Use the service to build a directly competing product from its outputs.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the questions you ask. We need a license to process them (send them to model providers, generate and store the verdict, show it back to you) in order to provide the service at all — that's the only use we make of it.

If you make a verdict public via a share link, anyone with that link can view it. Public share links can be a way for anyone who finds one to see that content — don't share publicly what you don't want seen.

No warranty, limitation of liability

Consense is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions made based on Consense's output, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
